946 is a fine wine that pays tribute to the majestic Sainte-Victoire and the Croix de Provence that overlooks the scrublands, at 946 meters in altitude. This elegant wine reveals aromas of yellow fruits and white fruits. A perfect pairing with a grilled Saint-Pierre or a blue lobster with mushrooms and black truffle.

VINIFICATION
Night harvest followed by manual sorting. After a short maceration, the juice has stabulated (temperature <8 ° C) before being separated from the lees (dense parts of the juice). 946 white is fermented and aged in an Austrian Stockinger oak barell during 8 months.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance : A beautiful yellow color with emerald reflections.
Nose : Intense nose with notes of coconut water, yellow peach, pineapple and vanilla from Madagascar.
Palate : Nice balance in the mouth. A complex wine with a nice freshness feeling.
FOOD PAIRINGS
To be served with brouillade of truffle, swordfish with citrus peel, bouillabaisse, octopus daube, brousse from Rove, banon from Provence, tarte tatin or pineapple crumble.
