Esprit Gassier makes reference to the outstanding terroir of the Sainte-Victoire. It reflects a state of mind that will accompany you throughout the sunny days and continue to charm you when the night falls. Stylish and laidback, Esprit Gassier offers a glimpse into the bohemian lifestyle. Esprit Gassier is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. This Côtes de Provence from the Sainte-Victoire is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. Esprit Gassier is a delicately pale wine in shades of peach. The nose is very expressive with fruity notes such as white peach and fragrant white pomelo. A well-balanced, smooth wine, with lovely peachy aromas, superb length and notes of yuzu zest on the finish.


Esprit Gassier makes the perfect partner for a salmon and mango poke bowl, pan-seared shrimp skewers, Provençal vegetables à la plancha, or quite simply as an aperitif. .

Esprit Gassier White

AOP Côtes de Provence

Step into the very heart of Provence with the cuvée Esprit Gassier white, a rich, fresh and floral Côte de Provence! This wine is made from Rolle, the iconic Provencal varietal, planted in a clay-limestone terroir in the Sainte-Victoire valley. This cuvée reveals a pale hue with silver tinges and aromas of white fruits upholstered by fresh notes of lemon zest. The palate is smooth, round and dominated by notes of white peach which give way to lemony notes on the fresh and zesty finish.


The Esprit Gassier white makes the perfect choice for oysters, a sea bass ceviche or a salmon/prawn/avocado and grapefruit poke bowl. It also pairs to perfection with tapas dishes as an aperitif.
