Stylish and laidback, Esprit Gassier offers a glimpse into the bohemian lifestyle. Esprit Gassier is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. This Côtes de Provence from the Sainte-Victoire is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. Esprit Gassier reveals a light pink hue and notes of peach combined with delicate aromas of white flowers and white fruits.
The palate is characterised by its expressive notes of citrus fruits. Esprit Gassier makes the perfect partner for a cream of sea urchin risotto or even squid a la plancha.

Esprit Gassier White
AOP Côtes de ProvenceStep into the very heart of Provence with the cuvée Esprit Gassier white, a rich, fresh and floral Côte de Provence! This wine is made from Rolle, the iconic Provencal varietal, planted in a clay-limestone terroir in the Sainte-Victoire valley. This cuvée reveals a pale hue with silver tinges and aromas of white fruits upholstered by fresh notes of lemon zest. The palate is smooth, round and dominated by notes of white peach which give way to lemony notes on the fresh and zesty finish.
The Esprit Gassier white makes the perfect choice for oysters, a sea bass ceviche or a salmon/prawn/avocado and grapefruit poke bowl. It also pairs to perfection with tapas dishes as an aperitif.
