VINIFICATION

Mechanical harvests at down. Direct pressing, cold stabling, settling, and low fermentation temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance : A delicately pale wine in shades of peach.

Nose : An expressive nose with fruity notes such as white peach and fragrant white pomelo.

Palate : A well-balanced, smooth wine, with lovely peachy aromas, superb lenght and notes of yuzu zest on the finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Esprit Gassier will go perfectly with a salmon/mango pokebowl, pan-seared shrimp skewers, Provencal vegatables à la plancha, or quite simply as an apertif.
