The experience kicks off with a visit of the estate, including the winemaking and ageing cellars. You’ll also find out about the estate’s ethos, as well as its history and environmentally friendly viticultural methods.
A commented tasting of three of the estate’s wines will round off the workshop. This is your chance to savour the elegance and structure of Château Gassier wines, understand the nuances imparted by the different grape varieties and vintages, and appreciate how the winemaking techniques are reflected in each glass. The more experienced and curious among you should join the ‘gastronomic rosé wines’ workshop. .

Treat yourself to a unique lunch break in the shade of Mont Sainte-Victoire, with generously stocked gourmet baskets, whether you’re with family, friends or your significant other.
Picture yourself surrounded by nature, indulging in delicious food, sipping a glass of wine and gazing out over the vines and the mountain. Relax, unwind and connect with the land that produces the wines you’re savouring.
There’s a varied menu to suit all tastes (even vegetarians!), including fresh sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads and poke bowls. Not to mention a selection of sweet treats to round off this feast in style. Whether you fancy the Pan Bagnat sandwich (a speciality of the town of Nice), a salmon wrap, the Niçoise salad, a Teriyaki poke bowl or the lemon meringue tartlet, you’ll enjoy each and every bite.
The price is €23 per adult with rosé or white wine from Provence included, and €15 per child. For reservations, simply visit our online shop, select the menu for each participant (maximum 6 people), add the date, the number of participants add to your basket and check-out!
